SEM microscopy and EDX analysis

Our SEM is a large chamber Philips system. We use a turbo molecular pump to generate high vacuum, which keeps your sample clean.

SEM with EDAX system

The elementary analysis is done with an Oxford Instruments EDX system with a new generation detector.

If you like to know what happens on the suface or inside your material we can tell you.
As this system is only computerised at the detector side, we can run long time XRD analysis to measure even small amounts of impurities. The  system con count up to several huors to find smallest impurity levels.

Your probe can be coated with different layers like Silver, Gold or Carbonium.
